About Me
Hi, I’m Rachael, a 22-year-old from Essex with a deep passion for wellbeing and fitness. My journey began at the age of 15, during a time when I was clinically classed as overweight. Standing at 5’6″ and weighing 13 stone 7 lbs, I felt unhappy and insecure in my own body.
In my search for quick fixes, I turned to YouTube and discovered calorie deficits. I started counting calories obsessively, which led to extreme under-eating. As a result, I lost my period for 15 months, a clear sign that my body wasn’t getting what it needed.
That experience was a wake up call. I gradually began to increase my food intake and incorporated exercise into my routine in a healthy, balanced way. I started going to the gym, and over time, my period returned and so did my happiness.
Through this journey, I not only transformed my physical health but also discovered my true purpose: to help others feel confident, strong, and empowered in their own skin.
